Cheques for lodges should also be sent to the UK Freeforms address above, not to the venue. If you pay by 1st July the costs will be:

This is a blatant attempt to get you all to book your accommodation in advance so that we can work on numbers. You can book a whole lodge or a bed space in a lodge.
And note, in order to book a lodge you must be signed up on this website, and you must have paid the convention fee.
Please notify UK Freeforms as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking.
Cancellations received prior to 1st October 2007 will be subject to a £10 administration charge. No refund of the convention fee will be possible for cancellations received after this date.
The site has its own cancellation policy in respect of bookings. We will endeavour to re let your accommodation, and provide you with a refund, subject to the £10 administration charge. However, if we cannot re let, or cancel your room(s) with the site then any charges will remain your responsibility.
If, for any reason, it is necessary for us to cancel the convention, all monies paid to us will be refunded in full.
We want to encourage as many people as possible to have the chance to participate in as many games as possible. We also want to encourage as many people as possible not to have to pay us £25 or more to do so. The way you get to attend the convention with all its benefits of game booking, trade hall, and as many games as you can play is to run games. Everyone will pay the upfront booking fee of £25 by the 1st April (or the greater amount thereafter) and we will refund the con fee after the event as shown below:
LARPS: You get a free GM space per 12 players per LARP (which must run for a minimum of 2 hours). Our minimum ratio for GMs to players for a LARP is 1:12, if you want to run with less GMs you will need to negotiate with us!
TABLE TOP: If an GM runs 6 players x 12 hours they will be refunded their Con fee.
