Extraordinary Consequences, November 17-20, 2011, Naish Holiday Village, Christchurch, Dorset Extraordinary Consequences starts in -4710 days, -20 hours and -34 minutes!
Last Chance Saloon |
It's just before high noon at the last chance saloon, watering hole to the quick and the dead. This is where the good, the bad, and the ugly gather. Here for a fistful of dollars those of you with true grit may find out how the west was won, for a few dollars more you can climb aboard a covered wagon and ride the high country to Tombstone, or follow the big trail on the next stagecoach to Purgatory. Whether you're an outlaw, the gunslinger or a high plains drifter, or even if you've just had a bad day at black rock it doesn't matter - all of the wild bunch are served in this joint. Our ladies welcome the gunless as well as those who ride with the devil. Stay tall in the saddle, pale rider and at least pretend to support your local sherrif! So, if the goldrush brings you our way, don't ride lonesome, call in for a whiskey and a game of chance. You'd do it for Randolph Scott! |

Information for Players: | We'll be trying to recreate a real feel of the old west with games of Faro and Poker as well as the sound of the player piano. Western style costumes would be appreciated. Rules for the card games will be issued to players in advance. Most of the characters are real people so players can do as much or as little research as they like. We expect to use a few special effects so don't sign up if you have a problem with bangs and flashes. | ||

Began gaming with the red box, GDW little black books and SJG Fantasy Trip, and it's been all downhill since. Began LARPing in Accrington more years ago than I want to think about.
I've been writing games with the Badgirlz team for a while now, and I think I'm getting the hang of it.
Ideas man, tech, and occasional hologram.
And remember, no plan ever survives first contact with the players.

Have played RPGs and tabletop games since 1982 and still have some of my original dice (although they went on a holiday last year without me). First started larping 3 years ago at Consequences B. I have played a variety of roles from a dominatrix to the Vice President of the USA to Windy Miller. I suffer from frock and stompy boots envy but am seeking therapy for this (retail therapy that is although some believe it is the other sort I really need). Currently having my usual panic of what am I going to wear but as ever am really looking forward to playing with a great bunch of people.

I've been a Bad Girl since the beginning. It's fun. I get to share my crazy ideas with people who appreciate them and then we use them to give other people a fun time. And we sometimes make monsters. What's not to love? I'm the one who does most of the writing and is to blame for most of the evil ideas and plot twists. Can be bribed with mead or chocolate.
