This price is for an "all you can eat" ticket, giving you access to all the tabletop or LARP games that you want.
Or you can book individual tabletop games at £3 per ticket.
GMs get free entry for any day they are running a TT game, and for another day if they run more than one on any day.
UK Freeforms reserve the right to refuse admission, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
After 3 years of no increase to the lodge prices we are increasing the price by 5% to match increases by Naish. Cheques for lodges should also be sent to the UK Freeforms address above, not to the venue. Send a deposit of £50 to secure a lodge, or £25 for a room in a lodge. If you pay the balance by 30th September, the costs will be:

This is a blatant attempt to get you all to book your accommodation in advance so that we can work on numbers. You can book a whole lodge or a bed space in a lodge.
And note, in order to book a lodge you must be signed up on this website, and you must have paid the convention fee.
Please notify UK Freeforms as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking.
Cancellations received prior to 1st October 2012 will be subject to a £10 administration charge. No refund of the convention fee will be possible for cancellations received after this date.
The site has its own cancellation policy in respect of bookings. We will endeavour to re let your accommodation, and provide you with a refund, subject to the £10 administration charge. However, if we cannot re let, or cancel your room(s) with the site then any charges will remain your responsibility.
If, for any reason, it is necessary for us to cancel the convention, all monies paid to us will be refunded in full.
There will be a carvery on Sat and Sun lunchtimes for £8.95, if, and only if, we get a commitment from 40 people for each day. It's excellent value and good food. Please tick the ticky boxes under your registration to confirm if you're intending to have this so that we can make sure Naish run it on both days.
We've now closed the PO box for UK Freeforms. Please use the Paypal button below to pay for registration fees, accommodation and polo shirts. NOT FOR CARVERY – please pay Naish direct for this.
Make sure you fill in the description about what you're paying for so that we can update the website accurately with what you've ordered. If you're paying for more than one thing or if you're paying on behalf of a group, please give a breakdown, eg "£50 deposit for 3-bed lodge for me, Wally and Hector + £30 for my con fee". Then you'll get to enter the total amount that you're paying in the "Item price" box on the next screen after clicking the button.
