The physical Notorious Consequences is Cancelled due to the current Covid-19 situation. Instead, we plan to run an online convention throughout November. More information will be forthcoming as we work out the details.

Signing up for a Tabletop

Players will be able to sign up to Tabletop games at Ops Desk.

Each Tabletop GM will prepare a signup sheet outlining their game and provide it to Ops desk, who will manage the sheet and advertise the game.

Tabletops may be hosted in a lodge if the GM or one of their players can host the game; alternatively Consequences has a number of spaces set aside for tabletop GMs to host their games.

Some GMs may solicit signups before the convention, however this is not required.

Bidding a Tabletop

We are looking for a wide range of Tabletop RPGs to run at Consequences.

To encourage you to run something we have a policy of comping people who run games at Consequences.

You don't have to submit games before the con but if you do, we can help with the publicity and look at sorting out a reserved table for your time slot.

When you are thinking about running a game please make sure that you have the following information and that it is included on your sign up sheet.

• Game Name All games benefit from a suitably evocative title.
• Game Description Your description needs to include any age restrictions and potential trigger information. (Things that people may find disturbing, or offensive.)
• RPG System Info on game system and/or bespoke game mechanics.
• Number of Players Maximium/Minimum number of players
• GM Who's running the game?
• Timeslot When you are running it. If your game does not fit a normal 4 hour slot, please state here.
• Location Where you plan on running it - and/or where to meet up.

A template sign up sheet is available, and hard copies will also be available at ops desk.

When you get to the con please give your sign up sheet to the ops desk where we will publicise it for you and so people can sign up.

5 minutes before your slot please collect your sheet from the ops desk so you know who is playing.

If you are a first time GM or someone who has never run at a convention before we have experienced GMs that are willing to help and talk you through what they do. Please email us if you want us to put you in touch with one of them.
