The physical Notorious Consequences is Cancelled due to the current Covid-19 situation. Instead, we plan to run an online convention throughout November. More detail will be forthcoming as we work out the details.

This price is for an "all you can eat" ticket, giving you access to all the Tabletop or Larp games that you want.
GMs get free entry for any day they are running a Tabletop game, and for another day if they run more than one on any day.
If you are a GM for a game then we have complementary memberships available:
We will comp one GM per six players
1–6 players = 1 GM
7–12 players = 2 GMs
13–18 players = 3 GMs
19–24 players = 4 GMs
25 players upwards = 5 GMs
UK Freeforms reserve the right to refuse admission, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
Cheques for lodges should be sent to the UK Freeforms address, not to the venue.
A deposit for a lodge is £95 and a room within a lodge at £30 which secures the accommodation. When paying please email both payments@consequences.org.uk and accommodation@consequences.org.uk saying how much you have paid and what for. If you would prefer to pay in instalments, then please talk to us so that we can put this in place.
This is a blatant attempt to get you all to book your accommodation in advance so that we can work on numbers. You can book a whole lodge or a bed space in a lodge.
And note, in order to book a lodge you must be signed up on this website, and you must have paid the convention fee.
Please notify UK Freeforms as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking.
Cancellations received prior to 1st October 2019 will be subject to a £10 administration charge. No refund of the convention fee will be possible for cancellations received after this date.
The venue has its own cancellation policy in respect of bookings. We will endeavour to re-let your accommodation, and provide you with a refund, subject to the £10 administration charge. However, if we cannot re-let, or cancel your room(s) with the venue then any charges will remain your responsibility.
If, for any reason, it is necessary for us to cancel the convention, all monies paid to us will be refunded in full.
Here are the details for paying for registration fees, accommodation and polo shirts, but please pay the venue direct for the Carvery at the convention.

You must also email payments@consequences.org.uk to let us know that you've made a payment, and who/what it's for. If your bank gives you the option of including a reference with the payment, then something like CONS_YOURNAME would be helpful.

Make sure you fill in the description about what you're paying for so that we can update the website accurately with what you've ordered. If you're paying for more than one thing or if you're paying on behalf of a group, please give a breakdown, eg "£95 deposit for 3-bed lodge for me, Wally and Hector + £30 for my con fee". Then you'll get to enter the total amount that you're paying in the "Item price" box on the next screen after clicking the button.
